Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for STORE CREDIT LESS SHIPPING FEES AND 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Store credit (in the form of a coupon sent via email) may be used for any future purchases on our website for merchandise of any kind, but store credit cannot be used towards shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return once it has been received.

• A 15% restocking fee per item will be applied to all returns
• No returns on orders of 3 or more dresses
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items

Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise LESS SHIPPING FEES AND 15% RESTOCKING FEE, we will gladly accept the item for a one time exchange as long as the item has not been worn. Please allow up to 10 business days to process and reship your exchange once it has been received. If for some reason the exchange you want is not available, you will receive STORE CREDIT.
• A 15% restocking fee per item will be applied to all exchanges
• No exchanges on orders of 3 or more dresses
• Customer will be responsible for all the shipping costs on exchanges and it will be deducted from the credit card on file.


All return and exchanged merchandise will be carefully inspected and must meet the following criteria or else they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense:

1. The returned item(s) must be shipped back and post marked within 3 business days after receiving your order.
2. Include a copy of your purchase invoice.
3. Merchandise is in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance (dirt marks, pen marks, alterations), color, and odor (perfume, smoke). If any perfume is found to be on the item, merchandise will be immediately returned.
4. Merchandise must have original tags attached. If tags have been removed, merchandise will be immediately returned.
5. Merchandise must accompany its original protective covering, hangers, matching shawl and/or similar accessories.

If for any reason these criteria’s are not met, your item will be returned.
